Description

We are seeking a Manager for Compensation and Benefits for our client, a technology-focused association. Specifically, we are ideally looking for someone that is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist. The association has been rated as a top place to work in the DC area, by several sources.


The Manager will be responsible for:


*Compensation & Benefits Management

*Employee Compensation planning through surveys and analysis

* Health and Welfare Plans

*Manage retirement plans

* Coordinate and execute performance management and evaluations


Requirements:

*Bachelor's degree in GR or related field w/ in of 9 years of HR experience including compensation and benefits OR a Master's with min 7 years

*Experience administering and managing benefits, compensation, h & W and retirement plans

*Knowledge of Federal/State and local lases and regulations

*Candidates with CEBS, PHR/SPHR and SHRM is preferred.

*Proficient in ADP Workforce Now is preferred

*Familiarity with online benefit enrollment systems

*Proficient in MS Office
