They need you to help make sure the bills are paid, the lights stay on, the grants and contracts are processed and their paychecks are in the bank.  WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Work with other team members to make sure contracts and grants are in order
  • Work with other team members to prepare grant proposals and report packages
  • Work with other team members in the areas of accounts payable, accounts receivable and internal analytics
  • Assist with providing operational guidance and support to a staff of more than 50 in multiple locations across the United States
  • Assist with budget & cash flow analysis
  • Assist the HR team with administrative tasks
  • Assist with records management and documentation
  • Assist with preparation of materials for Board of Directors and the Executive Committee
  • Administrative support to the Executive Staff
  • Special projects management, as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned

 REPORTING

You will report to senior leadership and be located in Washington, DC. Work is temporarily remote.
