SHARP strive to fill in gaps in the system and support folks whose behavioral healthcare needs are currently unmet by traditional outpatient resources. Through meaningful outreach and engagement in the community, SHARP's multidisciplinary team empowers participants to regain the stability needed to work towards their long-term goals and dreams.

PACT: Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) is a national evidence based model within DESC that provides intensive case management and outreach to some of King's County most vulnerable population. The team includes case managers, Master-level clinicians, a psychiatrist, ARNP, RNs, CD specialist, peer support, and vocational specialist.
