Job Description: Help grow the public affairs practice areas by ensuring core operational needs, including database management, and are executed consistently and seamlessly.

  • Updating and maintaining enrollee records in the database
  • Working with web and marketing teams to continually update program webpage and associated collateral
  • Ordering relevant supplies, and assembling and shipping physical certificates
  • Maintaining website and collateral for each network and working with practice leaders to update as necessary
  • Managing day-to-day logistics of network events including scheduling, catering, preparation of event space and email communications to attendees at the direction of Events Assistant (fellow team member)
  • Publishing quarterly and/or bi-monthly newsletters
  • Maintaining and updating records
  • Matching mentors and mentees at direction Associate (fellow team member)
  • Become cross-trained in registration database and support as needed.
  • Represent the, at key industry events, before, during and after business hours.
  • Work with team members to execute and assess workshops, webinars and/or conferences in each discipline as needed.
  • Continually grow personal understanding of public affairs best practices, strategies, trends and technologies. Keep current on trends in the profession.



Qualifications:  the ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, enthusiasm and strong problem-solving skills! Having the ability to be successful in a fast-paced, team-oriented, non-partisan environment is also key.

Minimum qualifications: •       Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

•          Experience maintaining a database and generating reports, potentially customized ones

•          Experience working successfully with senior-level executives and audiences

•          Experience coordinating or executing event logistics

•          Some domestic travel to Council events may be required


Salary: up to $45K
