About Neighborhood Villages: Neighborhood Villages works with community providers to pilot programs that reduce barriers to accessing affordable, high quality child care. Our core intervention areas include:

  • Providing Operations Support to Promote Excellence in Early Learning Programming
  • Stabilizing the Early Education Workforce Through Teacher Training and Fellowship Programs
  • Transforming Child Care and Early Learning Centers into Neighborhood Resource Hubs


The Business Training Program Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Business Training Program and will report to Neighborhood Villages' Director of Workforce Development. Responsibilities include supporting recruitment and registration of program participants and coordinating wraparound and technical support for participants. The Business Training Program Coordinator will support ensuring participants enrolled in the program have a seamless experience from start to finish.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and register participants into Neighborhood Villages' Business Training for Family Childcare Providers and Business Training for Center-Based Administrators programs.
  • Ensure that enrollment targets are met or exceeded for each course series.
  • Support instructors in onboarding and orienting program participants.
  • Provide technical support to participants regarding how to access on-line trainings and required materials.
  • Coordinate the provision of key materials, such as Chromebooks, hotspot devices, and textbooks, to program participants.
  • Work with partner organization to distribute and collect evaluation materials, pre and post training.
  • Other responsibilities related to the Business Training Program.

Qualifications:

  • High School required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of program management experience preferred
  • Exceptional ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong analytic and data systems management skills including proficiency in GSuite & Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer support skills
  • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
