Description

Our client, a non-profit, non-partisan that focuses on making the federal government more effective for the American people is seeking a polished, upbeat Executive Staff Assistant to support the President/CEO and the Executive Vice President for 5 months.

 

We are looking for someone with significant scheduling experience and someone who has supported C-level or top officials before. In addition, someone who has supported 2 executives at a time is helpful as well.

 

Requirements:

Bachelors degree

Capital Hill scheduling experience is ideal

Excellent communication skills

Ability to write and edit documents on behalf of the executives

Ability to prioritize and reprioritize throughout the day

Upbeat, positive attitude with good energy

Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion

Strong MS office experience, in particular, Outlook.

 

This is covering for a maternity leave. The target start date is July 30th, running through the end of the December. The client is located close to Metro Center in downtown, DC.
