Position Summary:

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs that support our mission and engage our audience. This role involves working to produce a variety of print and digital materials, including brochures, social media graphics, event collateral, and more. The ideal candidate is a skilled designer with a strong portfolio and a passion for social causes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce high-quality print and digital materials, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, annual reports, and event collateral.
  • Develop visual concepts and campaigns that align with our brand and mission 
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Work with external vendors and printers to produce printed materials, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Assist with website design and updates as needed.
  • Stay current with design trends and best practices to keep our materials fresh and engaging.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in technical writing, graphic design, journalism, public relations, communications, business, or marketing or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience 
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with web design and familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
