Description

The Recruitment Intern is there to provide administrative and organizational support to the Recruitment Manager by meeting the administrative needs and goals related to JNFs in-house recruitment procedures. This is a part-time ongoing internship based in the JNF Manhattan office. (hours and days can be flexible)


Accountabilities:

Under the direction of the Recruitment Manager, provides support in the following:

·        Candidate database management

·        Printing, sorting and filing resumes that come in via linked job boards

·        General maintenance of the HR inbox, ensuring all resumes are transferred to the relevant files

·        Working alongside the Recruitment Manager, to ensure current job listings are up to date and posted live when requested

·        Candidate reference checks

·        Maintain and update the Salesforce system with call notes and candidate information

·        General office support 

·        Other duties as requested by the Human Resources team



Job Qualifications: 

•Superb organizational skills and be able to work accurately 

•Ability to prioritize and multi-task

•Strong computer skills (including Word, Excel) (Salesforce experience/ database experience preferred)
