This is our first, key opening. The Business & Research Analyst will use their expertise to help define, design and optimize TutorChat's current and future workflow. They will work directly with the CEO to identify a developer(s) to implement the right workflow process and act as project manager, ensuring work is on track and monitoring implementation. As part of the research component of this job, our Analyst will work to develop an ROI analysis of our sales strategy, helping to optimize and deploy our lead generation plan.
Our ideal candidate will be committed to scaling impact, have an interest in learning how to launch a startup and be a highly motivated self-starter who is detail oriented. Additionally, candidates will have analytical capabilities and previous experience developing data-driven analyses and the tech experience (confidence) to help manage a developer through our implementation phase. Exceptionally strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
This position begins as an internship with a small stipend attached. However, our goal is to meet modest revenue milestones at month three, generating the funding necessary to make this a properly paid position. Indeed, raising the revenue to make this a paid position is our first budget priority. This a great opportunity to get in at the ground level, make a real impact on the company by flexing and honing a range of skills and working with a serial entrepreneur who has grown another successful education technology company in the K-12 space.
