Do you also consider solving climate change one of the most pressing, difficult problems? 350 Bay Area, a local environmental non-profit associated with the national group 350.org, needs your help. Inspire local climate action in the Bay Area and beyond through a variety of projects based on your interests.


About you:

-Skilled at writing and using technology

-Interested in at least a few of the following: communications, events, fund development, working with volunteers, data, legislation, clean energy, air, and transportation

-Detail oriented and committed to deadlines

-Passionate about environmental action, understand we need to take action quickly


About the internship:

-Impact many aspects of our organization

-Can work remotely or in-person in Oakland, if desired / flexible hours (just meet deadlines)

-Have a main mentor

-Work with a dynamic team of experienced activists

-Be invited to our social events to meet more members of the organization

-Contribute to an environmental non-profit, gain hands-on experience and clear understanding of activism process

-Minimum 10 hr/week for 3 months to begin, with opportunity for extended internship
