Our Vision and Mission are to create a more interconnected, peaceful, and just world by empowering young people to make a positive difference in the world through global collaboration and transformative learning. iEARN-USA coordinates virtual exchange and study abroad programs for youth, professional development, and global networking for educators, and assists in the development of program content worldwide.
Position Overview: The Monitoring and Evaluation Intern will work closely with the Education Team to gather and present quantitative and qualitative data from program participants, to inform iEARN-USA program design and bolster evaluation and communications efforts, as well as specific program M&E needs to ensure the quality and effectiveness of program implementation. The intern will provide assistance to the program staff in monitoring plans and implementation; creating M&E systems, processes, and tools; and contributing to measuring, analyzing, and reporting results. The opportunity will help build the candidate’s program performance measurement skills through exposure to a variety of program and business development activities.
