Global Glimpse is looking for motivated and passionate individuals who want to develop skills in health, wellness, safety, and risk management through a hands-on experience working with diverse high school students on international trips to Latin America.

The Summer International Medical Fellow (henceforth, Medical Fellow) will live and work for 4 months in Nicaragua, the Dominican Republic, or Ecuador and collaborate closely with in-country program staff in each country. The Medical Fellow will manage health and safety for 3 or 4 high school student groups during their international summer travel experience. Each delegation will be 16 days long and each group will be comprised of 20-22 students and supported by two in-country program staff and two US educators. Through the program fellows will gain valuable experience working with diverse youth in a health caretaker role. The Medical Fellow will work closely with in-country program staff in their selected site and report to the Country Director and the International Risk and Safety Manager.
