They should also be comfortable self-managing their efforts working on short and long-term projects and have an upbeat attitude with a willingness to work on various high priority projects as they arise. Selected applicants must have their own computer to work on throughout the fellowship.

This is a 15 to 20 hour (flexible) per week fellowship intended for a minimum of 9 and up to 12 months. Fellows may obtain college credit for this program or may opt for a living wage equivalent stipend ($1,500 per month). Work hours can be flexible. All SUN fellowships are remote.

Fellows are also welcome to join us at our offices in Washington, D.C. (near Dupont Circle). This opportunity is open to people of all educational backgrounds and work experience levels who are U.S. residents. For candidates without a high school diploma, some previous work experience is preferred.
