The Congressional Leadership Fund is a super PAC that has a field offices all over the country and we are dedicated to maintaining a Republican majority in the U.S. House of Representatives.

This election cycle we are focusing on a grassroots effort to assist competitive races throughout the U.S


Students who intern with the CLF will gain real world political experience & learn the fundamentals of managing a political campaign, including: 

  • Read and interpret voter data 
  • Identify trends in voter history 
  • Use voter data to coordinate our door to door canvassing operations and target select locations where our message will resonate with voters 
  • Use voter data software to target specific voter groups in a U.S. Congressional election 
  • Create walkbooks using our voter data software 
  • Train volunteers on the proper way of communicating our campaign message 
  • Use our voter targeting and tracking app 
  • Attend town hall debates and other events throughout the district 
  • Develop successful campaign strategies that will lead to the re/election of U.S. Congressmen/Congresswomen
  • Reach voters through canvassing, attending town halls and the like 

Hours are flexible, but students must be able to commit to at least 10-20 hours per week and are responsible for their own transportation. This position is for the following offices:

By the end of the internship, students will have learned or be able to:

  • Proficient with modern day political technology
  • Understanding of political finance regulations
  • Knowledge of modern day campaign organization
  • Ability to organize basic campaign event

Eligible students will be provided with academic credit or service hours. While these positions are unpaid, they will provide political opportunities not available elsewhere and upon completion of the program, a letter of recommendation to a future employer or college will be provided as well as other incentives. Pending an intern’s efforts there is possibility of receiving a monthly stipend.
