The Economic Justice Legal intern works with the team to advance economic justice policies, including paid sick days, paid family and medical leave, equal pay and judicial nominations. The Legal Intern’s duties will include researching and analyzing legal and policy matters; drafting legal briefs, reports, talking points, fact sheets, and other written materials; tracking state work-family legislation; attending meetings, hearings, and briefings; and monitoring federal and state court litigation.

Qualifications include current law school enrollment; strong research, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills; the ability to manage multiple tasks and take initiative; and the ability to work independently.
