The FAO Schwarz Fellowship is an intensive, transformative two-year experience in the world of social impact. The program funds paid positions at high-impact nonprofit organizations for recent college graduates with leadership potential who are interested in careers in social change.

Jumpstart seeks two (2) individuals to join the organization as FAO Schwarz Fellows for the 2021-2023 term. There are two different locations: one in New York, NY and another in Boston, MA.

The Fellows will serve, coordinate and deliver Jumpstart programming and events. The Fellows will also be engaged in policy advocacy initiatives and planning to advance early education, higher education, national service and public funding objectives, as well as direct service work with children and families.

Qualifications: applicants must be college seniors at accredited four-year colleges or universities at the time of application and be eligible to work in the United States for the duration of the two-year Fellowship.

Benefits

The Fellowship is a two-year commitment that pays $30,000/year plus a $2,000 bonus at the end of the second year.
