Youth Represent is seeking law students for full-time internships for the summer of 2019. Interns at Youth Represent gain a variety of hands-on experience and participate in all aspects of our work, including direct legal and reentry representation (client interviewing, motion writing, legal strategizing, investigation, etc.), policy reform, criminal history analysis, assisting with teaching Know Your Rights workshops, and legal research and writing. Interns work directly with court-involved youth under the age of 25 in all five boroughs of New York City.
