Summer Camp Counselor

Our team is looking for 20 college-aged young adults to lead our 2021 traveling summer camping program. Camp counselors work within the NextGen Ministries Mobile Camps to help produce a God-inspired, fun-filled, life-changing week of camp for everyone attending.

This paid position will operate from early June through the first week of August. Counselors travel the state of Missouri and make life-long friends while leading worship, small group and activities.

Our camps feature three activity tracks - technology, creativity or sports – so we’re looking for all kinds of counselors with a variety of interests. Whether you’re an introvert who loves a one-on-one conversation or an extrovert who can’t wait to be center stage, we’ve got a place for you!
