Salary Range*: $52,000 - $57,000
Facing History & Ourselves is a global education non-profit organization that challenges teachers and students to use lessons of history to stand up to bigotry and hate.
The Coordinator, Event Services joins a veteran team of 4 that focuses on producing engaging and efficient virtual and in-person events for multiple audiences. The Coordinator will be tasked to provide holistic and robust support for all org-wide and regional fundraising and community events, as well as the operational processes overseen by the Events Team. This includes administrative support for the intake and calendaring processes and support advancing print and digital event marketing and communications workflows, in collaboration with the Marketing and Communications and Digital Operations teams.
It is the expectation for all members of the HQ Events Team that in-person, on-site events work will be expected and assigned to staff on a case by case basis. Some travel may be required.

Hybrid Work Model: Facing History & Ourselves operates under a hybrid work model. This position is attached to the Headquarters office and requires in-person and in-office work as needed, but will otherwise work from home, though you may access an office work space whenever needed. Travel will be required.
