Color Of Change is seeking a full-time Program Director to help lead the development and implementation of programs, systems and strategies that promote the effectiveness of the Criminal Justice & Democracy Campaigns team and work.
As Program Director, you will work closely with the Deputy Senior Director of Criminal Justice & Democracy Campaigns to design and carry out processes for tracking, evaluating and reporting on our work to internal and external stakeholders; to produce special events and programs to advance the team’s strategic priorities; and to create and implement people-centered strategies that foster high performance and an exceptional team culture. You will also support the Deputy Senior Director in leading and managing the powerful cadre of force multipliers who bolster our campaigns. The right candidate will be committed to getting results in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle competing priorities.
This position reports directly to the Deputy Senior Director of the Criminal Justice & Democracy Campaigns team and will work closely with team members throughout the team and organization to achieve Color Of Change’s mission.
The position is based out of our Washington D.C. office and reports to the Deputy Senior Director of our Criminal Justice & Democracy Campaigns Team. Job responsibilities are as follows:

This is a full-time exempt position. The salary for this position is $105,000. Color Of Change also offers a competitive benefits package.
