About Impact Justice

Impact Justice is a national innovation and resource center committed to reducing the number of people involved in our juvenile and adult criminal justice system, improving conditions for those who remain incarcerated, providing meaningful opportunities for success for those rejoining our communities, and improving justice outcomes for crime victims. We work in a variety of program areas including violence reduction, community-based programs, restorative justice, and police/prosecution. We are looking for smart, creative, and dedicated individuals to support these program areas. Impact Justice is a new and exciting organization that is working at the leading edge of improving outcomes in our criminal justice system.

Research & Action Center Focus Area

Impact Justice’s Research & Action Centers (RAC) focuses on supporting community-based alternatives for youth and adults in the justice system, especially in understanding how successful alternatives can provide better outcomes than the traditional justice system for people who have committed serious and violent crimes. ● A mixed-method evaluation of a national restorative justice diversion program for youth

● Evaluations of reentry services for formerly incarcerated youth and adults
