SUMMER CAMP COUNSELOR (MULTIPLE SITES IN PHILADELPHIA)
(Full Time -- Shifts 7:00am to 4:00pm, 8:00am to 5:00pm and 9:00am to 6:00pm M-F); Mid-June through late August; locations in South and North Philadelphia.

We are looking for energetic and caring individuals who are committed to providing learning experiences for children between the ages of 5 and 12 at our community centers, and who possess training, education, and experience in planning and implementing age-appropriate curricula and activities, especially in the following areas:
• Academic: Project Based Learning
• Liberal Arts: Reading, Language and Creative Writing
• Fine Arts: Theater and Music
• Recreation: Physical Education and Aquatics
QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience working with children, an ability to plan and facilitate age appropriate activities, and follow and enforce program policies and procedures, particularly as they relate to child safety.
PREFERED: Completion of a human services college degree or working toward the completion of a human services college degree.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: You must possess or be able to obtain a successful criminal background check, child abuse clearance, FBI clearance, and health assessment prior to starting work.
PAY RATE: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour (based on experience and education)
