ABOUT THE POSITION: The Recovery Case Manager provides trauma-informed recovery-focused case management services designed to prevent homelessness and stabilize housing for residents. This includes assessment, information and referral, goal setting, direct advocacy, cooperative case planning, and coordination of services. They assist and empower residents to make necessary connections with community and providers to stabilize their lives. The Case Manager provides education, support, and guidance to staff in matters of addiction, recovery, and treatment referral. This is a unionized position, represented by Local 8 of the Office and Professional Employees International Union (OPEIU). 

ABOUT THE PROGRAM: Providing transitional housing for homeless men in our headquarters building, the Pioneer Square Men’s Program has been a stop for many on their way out of homelessness and into permanent housing. The program offers case management and resources to help participants find stability and overcome barriers to housing. About half the beds in the program are reserved for veterans referred by the VA Hospital and King County Veterans.

LOCATION: Headquarters in Pioneer Square

REPORTS TO: Program Manager


SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm with staff meetings on Wednesdays

SALARY RANGE: $18.22 or $19.70 per hour (for certain master’s degrees)
