The Partnership Engagement Program Manager is responsible for managing all phases of program development, implementation and sustainability of partnership enhancement projects including day-to-day operations of the Partnership Enhancement Program and contributing to Partnerships for Sustaining Daily Care (PSDC) leadership activities. This position will play a key role working collaboratively with CF clinicians, people with CF and families, applying quality improvement approaches to develop and monitor partnership enhancement resources. Additionally, this role will work collaboratively with the Sr. Director and CFF colleagues to support alignment of care partnerships across CF Foundation programming.



  • Manages Partnership Enhancement Program activities, such as consultant project deliverables, resource allocation, outreach implementation, budget planning and monitoring, and internal and external communication.
  • In conjunction with Sr. Director and PSDC staff, supports efforts to align care partnerships with other efforts within PSDC and across CF Foundation programming.
  • Manages implementation of partnership enhancement resources and programs from PSDC through cultivation of relationships with CF clinicians, people with CF and CF families, coordination of internal resources to increase impact, monitor ongoing utilization of resources.
  • Based on ongoing feedback, collaborates with stakeholders and Sr. Director to adapt resources that meet changing community needs. 
  • Based on program data, creates reports and delivers presentations conveying key programmatic messages.
  • Manages staff in administration of program activities.


  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree in a health care field, preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in managing a program with multi stakeholder groups, including one (1) year of management/supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Excellent critical / anticipatory thinking, organizational and decision-making skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to communicate confidently and effectively with team members and executive leadership.
  • Experience monitoring, maintaining schedules, and reporting progress for multiple concurrent projects. Experience in project execution, including implementing projects, budget management, process integration and system support.
  • Ability to be proactive and lead multiple initiatives simultaneously. Ability to work independently as well as a ability to work as a productive member of a management team.
  • Familiarity with quality improvement methodology.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams & Sharepoint); ability to quickly learn and utilize computer applications.



  • Reports directly to Senior Director, Partnerships for Sustaining Daily Care



  • Position requires working in a standard office environment. Some travel to meetings is required.
