Primary functions and responsibilities:
· Compile, format and edit Eblasts and Announcements
· Edit the Wordpress website
· Maintain contact management lists
· Compile, edit, post and advertise our Annual Holocaust Art Exhibit and eventually laying out a booklet for distribution
· Promote Annual Giving Tuesday fundraising campaign using eblasts, social media and crowdfunding
· Coordinate with regional seminar leaders for for social media and eblasts
· Post on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram for various campaigns
· Work with outside consultants to optimize social media Ads
· Create banners for emails, posts for social media, holidays, and announcements for website and distribution.
· Write profiles highlighting the work of our educators across the US
· Work with Program Directors and Satellite Leaders to promote programs in US and Abroad
· Assist with press releases to national and international media
Software Skills:
· Constant Contact (eblasts)
· Hootsuite (Social Media Scheduling)
· Facebook Business and Ad Manager
· Wordpress (Website)
· Donor Perfect (Giving Tuesday and Fundraising)
· Basecamp (communications with consultants)
· Canva (Basic graphic design for social media and events)
· Zoom (meetings and webinars)
Additional Requirements:
Successful candidates must have:
· Completed a Bachelor’s degree or higher
· Minimum of 2 years of previous related work experience
· Knowledge of most of the technology listed above
