PACC @ PS9 is an affordable after-school program offering rich and stimulating activities that will inspire students to utilize their imagination and develop their social, emotional and cognitive abilities in a safe, caring and supportive setting where each child is valued and respected. Our programming reflects the significant values of play and exploration while seeking to impart a balanced sense of conscious responsibility for each child's actions and social responses.



The goal of enrichment activities at PACC are to expose our students to a variety of hands-on/interactive visual art, STEM, crafting and movement activities that are fun and engaging. The specialist must have a passion for the arts and be able to create, develop and execute lesson plans.

Group Leaders/Enrichment Specialists are responsible for creating lesson plans and leading group activities in one of the above stated specific topic areas while ensuring a safe environment that motivates and inspires creativity and aims to support students in strengthening their skills academically, artistically and socially. Group leaders supervise and assist with a variety of other general after-school activities and routines.


-College degree, Certificate or some college (education majors) preferred with demonstrated background in the arts, music or physical education

-Minimum 2 years of experience teaching or leading student groups ages 4-11 in an after-school, daycare, summer camp or similar program.

-Must possess strong communication and classroom management skills.

-CPR/Safety certification and background check clearance required.


PACC group assistants work with group leaders and coordinators to execute and ensure safe and fun after-school programming, including supervising students, and assisting with a variety of enrichment activities and supporting students during homework sessions.


-High school diploma required, some college (education/art majors) preferred

-Minimum 1 year of experience working with students ages 4-11 in an after-school, daycare, summer camp or similar program.

-Must be a team player, reliable and available afternoons Monday-Friday

-CPR/Safety certification and background check clearance required


In this position the primary responsibilities are to provide support with back-office billing, participant/family/staff communication, tracking and record keeping, maintaining supplies and preparing restock orders, assist with coordination of activities, meeting and events, back-up participant supervision and other duties as needed or designated by the Director.


-College degree preferred, some college required

-Minimum 2 years of experience providing billing and administrative support

-Minimum 1 year working with students ages 4-11 in an after-school, daycare, summer camp or similar program.


-Must be a self-starter, positive team player, reliable and available afternoons Monday-Friday

-Excellent communication skills

-Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and Google software suites

-Background check clearance and CPR/Safety certification
