Position Description: The Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting the administrative and human resources needs for TGI Justice Project’s staff of 16 in our San Francisco office. The ideal candidate for the role has significant experience doing administrative and human resources work for non-profits, is a clear and patient communicator, is organized and works well with little supervision.
PURPOSE: Reporting to the Director of Administration, the Operations Manager provides day-to-day assistance and management of all aspects of the TGIJP's internal operations, including fiscal management, human resources, and administrative functions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: The Operations Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient development and maintenance of the TGIJP’s internal administration. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Finance and HR (15%)
Assist with:
Operations and IT (85%)
Access Notes: This position occasionally requires lifting up to 50 lbs and driving a car. Reading and writing skills are also required.
