As the Client Services Coordinator you will assist in welcoming and connecting with visitors and members. We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who engages easily with others; possess the flexibility to work in an ever-changing environment, and the versatility to shift focus constantly.

This part time position is for 22 hours per week.

$17/hour plus paid holidays you are scheduled to work.

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 9am – 2pm

Tuesday 3pm – 9pm, Fridays off

 

Requirements:

  • Customer first focused - flair for interacting graciously with all;
  • Talent to function effectively in an ever-changing office environment;
  • Capable of prioritizing – highly organized with the capacity to shift focus easily;
  • Ability to direct/manage volunteers;
  • Experience working with a variety of technology including Access databases, communication platforms (Constant Contact), and social media (LinkedIn and Facebook);
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the Internet;
  • Understanding of WordPress websites;
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; and
  • Strong organizational skills

 

Desired:

  • College degree;
  • Professional business or nonprofit experience; and
  • Previous work experience with volunteers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee appointment schedule to ensure accuracy;
  • Manage front office volunteer staff;
  • Assist in greeting and educating visitors and members about services and benefits;
  • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems;
  • Produce communication and marketing materials;
  • Maintain WordPress website content and supporting social media platforms;
  • Manage aspects of the physical office, including handling supply orders, phone, mail, and software/hardware support; and
  • Onsite logistics for programs including setting up tables and chairs, and A/V equipment

Benefits
