Part-time Program Facilitator-Corner House- Princeton With a maximum of 6 hours per week. Salary Range: $25.00 To oversee all aspects of a Corner House student leadership team (Ex. Student Board, GAIA, TAG) that serve local high school students. Coordinate recruitment of high school students including interview, application and selection process. Lead and facilitate weekly team meetings including teambuilding, training students and designing workshops. Establish and maintain relationships with area public and private schools for provision of workshops. Attends Corner House Leadership Team and Prevention staff meetings, as needed. Meets with the Director Prevention Coordinator at designated times for discussion of program planning and administrative responsibilities. Submits a monthly written update to the Executive Director and the Director of Grants Coordinator, which details program activities and outcomes. Attend and participate in the summer Student Leadership Institute, including planning the training of students. Participates in Corner House sponsored in-service training. Transport students to workshops at area schools. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Social Service or related field, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience working with teens. Master Degree preferred. Must satisfy employer paid physical, drug screen and criminal background check. Must have a valid NJ Driver’s License in good standing if driving municipal vehicles. NJ residency required by State Statute.
