The Woodrow Wilson National Fellowship Foundation in Princeton, NJ, a non-profit organization dedicated to identifying and developing the best minds for the nation’s most important challenges, seeks a dedicated, talented individual to join our Teaching Fellowship team as a Program Assistant.

The Program Assistant will provide administrative coordination and support to ensure successful implementation of the Foundation’s state-based and national Teaching Fellowship programs. Primary job responsibilities include: coordinating and maintaining key shared program files/databases; preparing, distributing and tracking Fellow stipends across the multiple Teaching Fellowship programs; responding to communications, including phone, mail, and email inquiries, from current Fellows; monitoring feedback from Fellows and other stakeholders, regularly reporting this feedback, and ensuring that it is promptly attended to; assisting with planning and communicating event logistics for convenings and orientations (agendas, schedules, travel, etc.); and participating as an active member of the Teaching Fellowships Division team.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. A bachelor’s degree is required. Some experience with teaching and schools is preferred. Salary is commensurate with experience.
