Reporting to the Center Director. Bookkeeping responsibilities include track and manage financial data, generate reports, work with financial consultants.  Administrative skills, establish and maintain relationships with vendors and assure certifications are in place.


Skills:

  • Strong knowledge and use and of QuickBooks Desktop a must
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office software (ex: Excel, Word)
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Required Education:

  • High School Diploma or experience in related field.
  • First Aid/CPR/AED certified by a nationally recognized provider a plus.

Required Experience:

  • Two years of experience.
  • Experience working with older adults a plus
  • Must be vaccinated
