The Community Idea Stations is seeking a Programming Assistant to support the Television Division. This is a full time position that reports directly to the Director of Television Programming.

This position supports the Television Programming Department by helping to produce and reconcile daily programming logs, update the Protrack database, prepare promotional tags and spreadsheets, and create and manage closed caption schedules.

The successful candidate will be a flexible team player with extensive knowledge of MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience using Protrack or a database is preferred. Candidates must be extremely accurate, detail oriented, and organized. Experience in media is preferred.
