Puget Soundkeeper is hiring a Corporate Giving & Events Manager. We seek a passionate, community-focused professional with a commitment to clean water and healthy communities who can help sustain and grow our partnerships with corporations, corporate foundations, and individual supporters. The Corporate Giving & Events Manager will lead Soundkeeper’s annual fundraising and stewardship events to deepen relationships within these constituencies. The position reports to the Development Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow the corporate partnership program, including individualized relationship and investment opportunities, with a focus on annual and multi-year partnerships.
  • Manage all phases of our annual fundraising gala, Earth Month fundraising events, and membership events.
  • Serve as Soundkeeper’s liaison and resource for third-party fundraising activities such as Aveda Earth Month Campaign, employee-led fundraising and Washington EarthShare workplace campaigns.
  • Help sustain Soundkeeper’s strong donor stewardship practices by working on timely gift entry/acknowledgement processing and developing excellent donor relations.

Overall, Soundkeeper seeks someone with keen attention to detail, ability to multi-task under tight deadlines, who is comfortable with corporate development outreach and is willing to help colleagues where and when needed as a full member of our all-hands-on-deck team.

  • Strong data management habits; ability to manage gift entry/acknowledgment process, track progress and report results with accuracy in fundraising databases.
  • Commitment to community-centric fundraising principles.

Salary

The Corporate Giving and Events Manager salary range is $55,000 - $65,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
