They will be teaching weekly 30-minute or 60-minute private lessons as well as 60-minute small group classes of 4- 5 students max. There will also be opportunities to add additional teaching hours with some of ZUMIX’s school partners and within our adult lesson program, Play It Forward.

Instructors are responsible for preparing students for solo and/or ensemble performances in our bi-annual Z-Lounges and showcases. Instrumental instructors are required to attend monthly AIM teacher meetings and an annual retreat. Candidates should be comfortable teaching all levels in various genres.
