The Coordinator, Fund Development roles support the Fund Development team in the development and execution of a comprehensive individual giving program and/or the maintenance of current partnerships and the identification of new funding partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Donor acquisition: prospecting and research

Identify and qualify new potential donors and new opportunities with current donors through research and prospecting

Prepare customized individual giving proposals for qualified prospects

Donor Stewardship and Recognition

Execute donor stewardship and recognition activities as per Tims Camps guidelines/programs and gift agreements for individual giving donors

Coordinate regular communications to individual giving donors highlighting the impact of their contributions

Coordinate scheduled call-campaigns to identified donors

Database Management: Analytics and Reporting

Ensure all donor prospecting plans are maintained and up to date in the Salesforce Database

Generate monthly reporting against engagement and revenue targets

Routinely analyze donor data or funding partner data to identify trends and opportunities

Ensure all funding partner prospecting plans are maintained and up to date in the Salesforce Database

Support the creation and delivery of partnership fulfillment packages and impact reporting

Funding Partner Acquisition: Prospecting and Research

Identify and qualify new potential funding partnerships and new opportunities with current funding partners through research and prospecting

Prepare customized funding proposals for qualified prospects

Support the development of new, innovative partnership programs and support market valuations for the Foundation

Identify opportunities to enhance fundraising opportunities including but, not limited to: sponsorship, third-party events, major gifts, employee and leadership giving

Stewardship and Recognition

Execute stewardship and recognition activities as per Tims Camps guidelines/programs and gift agreements for corporate partners

Ensure funding partnership activations occur as per gift agreements

Coordinate regular communications to partners highlighting the impact of their contributions

Coordinate scheduled call-campaigns to identified partners

Team-wide Support

Play a supporting role to the overall fund development department as assigned

Contribute to the on-going development of departmental plans

Attend and support Tims Camps and Partner events as assigned

Monitor the cause marketing and partnerships landscape on-going and recommend benchmarks and opportunities to Foundation staff

 Does this sound like you?

Post-Secondary degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Minimum 2 years’ fund development related experience

Attention to detail and excellent project management and organization skills

Proven analytical skills with experience within Salesforce (NPSP) or similar donor database

Experience and proven ability in the qualification of new donors through research and prospecting and proposal writing

Experience in supporting the management of partnerships between businesses and charitable organizations

Experience executing donor stewardship and recognition programs

 Knowledge of cause marketing and sponsorship programs

Experience in digital fundraising programs and platforms

Creative and resourceful team-player with an ability to support multiple projects simultaneously

Experience and capability using Microsoft Office, including Word, Power Point and Excel

Assets

French language abilities (verbal and written)

Experience in graphic design – Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator, Photoshop
