Description

Medical Bridges provides the ideal candidate with a sound operating platform from which substantial growth could be realized with the implementation of the right strategy.

Medical Bridges is well-known and respected within the medical supply recovery organization (MSRO) industry, the Houston medical community, and several Houston-based companies. Medical Bridges’ financial health and commitment to accountability and transparency have earned it a 4-star rating (the 4th consecutive year Medical Bridges has earned this top distinction) from Charity Navigator, America’s largest independent charity evaluator. In addition, Medical Bridges was one of 285 companies recognized at the annual Better Business Bureau Awards of Excellence on May 9, 2018 as a BBB Winner of Distinction – which recognizes business and non-profits for their achievements and commitment to quality in the workplace.

Medical Bridges was established to support healthcare professionals serving medically indigent populations in the developing world. From humble beginnings, the organization has progressed from sending what it had in the warehouse to needy recipients, to a “pull model’ whereby the organization makes every effort to supply at least 90% of the customers stated needs.

The President and Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of Medical Bridges, Inc. (“Medical Bridges”) will provide dynamic, strategic leadership, driving the development and fulfillment of the organization’s mission, and ensuring that Medical Bridges continues to be a benefit to the underserved communities across the globe. S/he will engage local, system, and community leadership (physicians, community and hospital leaders, corporations) to further develop and drive an effective strategy that is consistent with Medical Bridge’s dedication to “bridging the healthcare gap worldwide” by procuring and distributing medical equipment and supplies to underserved communities.

The CEO must be a proven visionary and strategic leader with the ability to collaborate with other community-based and global organizations/corporations and health care institutions. S/he will be highly skilled in encouraging others and ensuring a high performing, values-driven organization. In addition, the CEO has the ability to work with and be guided by a voluntary Board of Directors.
