Legal Services of New Jersey, an Edison-based non-profit that provides free civil legal assistance to low income New Jerseyans, has an immediate opening for a staff attorney to provide legal orientations and representation to unaccompanied minors and other immigrant youth. The strongest candidates will have related experience in immigration law or working with children, and strong presentation skills. Spanish fluency is required.

While currently remote, this position will eventually require regular travel to the Office of Refugee Resettlement shelters in southern New Jersey, and some travel to the immigration courts in Elizabeth and Newark, New Jersey.
