Guest Services Coordinator

The Guest Services Coordinator will manage ticketing and registration in the box office, including taking orders by phone, processing ticket orders, and performing onsite ticketing management for events, with a particular focus on providing outstanding customer service. This position will also work with the front-of-house and production teams to ensure that all are collaborating to provide attendees with a quality, consistent experience at public events, tours, worship services, receptions, and other programs. 

The position requires a Bachelor's Degree or higher education qualification equivalency in hospitality, event planning, arts management, customer service or related field, and two to three years of experience in special events management or customer service. Experience and knowledge of the non-profit or religious work environment is strongly preferred.

This position requires frequent work outside of normal business hours as needed for Cathedral events, including weekends, evenings, and early mornings.
