Texas State Employees Union is a non-collective, wall-to-wall organizing campaign for state agency and university employees. We are a statewide local of the Communications Workers of America with 10,000 members.
TSEU's progam emphasizes the building of a grassroots movement that has the power to win a decent standard of living and fair treatment on the job for state employees and quality public services for the people of Texas. We believe in the Labor Movement as a movement for social justice; one that unites and empowers workers by defeating racism, sexism, homophobia and other forces that divide us.
