Texas State Employees Union is a non-collective, wall-to-wall organizing campaign for state agency and university employees. We are a statewide local of the Communications Workers of America with 10,000 members.

Office Manager will organize and coordinate office operations and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.

How To Apply

Must be proficient in Quickbooks Pro and Microsoft Office programs with at least 5 years full-charge bookkeeping, payroll and HR experience. Experience in procurement of office supplies and machines and maintenance plans, as well as managing relationships with vendors, service providers and landlords of remote office locations, organize meetings and travel arrangements. Applicants not meeting outlined qualifications will not be considered.
