Institutional Giving Manager

The Contemporary Austin is hiring an Institutional Giving Manager to manage all aspects of The Contemporary Austin’s institutional fundraising and relationship management. This work includes research to identify new sources of funding; preparing and submitting proposals to foundations, corporations, and government agencies; submitting final reports; and spearheading the museum’s overall strategy around past, current, and potential granting partners.

Responsibilities will include serving as primary contact and lead project manager for all foundation, corporate, and government giving; responsibility for the full life cycle of a giving relationship including research, prospecting, solicitation, stewardship, benefit fulfillment, reporting, and relationship management; and serving as primary liaison between institutional funders and various museum departments as necessitated by funding relationships.
