Come up with new innovative and creative ways to outreach to potential training sites through research and creative think tanking and developing initiatives to meet and exceed training site acquisition and retention.
Develop proactive strategies and organize partners and corporate clients to respond to issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion through long-term, sustained curriculum, and modules.
Facilitate timely delivery of responses for key and strategic training inquiries, follow up and document all inquiries and services rendered.
Work with corporate clients and prospective partners to build their capacity to address racial healing and racial justice.
Conduct phone conferences, virtual institutes, webinars, site visits and provide one on one or group consultations to ensure clients and partners meet their program goals.
Engage in the development and/or review of curricula, toolkits, and other resource materials as necessary.
Co-lead all training and programs (includes outreach, engagement, curriculum, and daily activities, stipend disbursement, tracking and crisis intervention, communication, referral, and member enrollment, etc.)
Recommend new workshops, training, and mini-institutes for specific populations and networked organizations; plan and deliver training and presentations in the community, government agencies, and sites of politics, schools and college campuses, and other settings locally and around the country.
