The Provider Recruiting and Retention team is seeking to hire a Talent Sourcer to join our newly integrated and expanding team.  

In this fast-paced role you will develop and execute sourcing strategies alongside prominent physician leaders and passionate stakeholders to recruit and retain highly sought-after Academic and Community clinicians utilizing in-depth industry knowledge, up-to-date market trends, and leveraged networking relationships. We encourage you to apply if you are relationship oriented, impact driven, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

How you’ll transform provider recruitment: 

  • Leverage and execute a wide range of sourcing strategies by cultivating partnerships with professional organizations (such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Doximity and other industry job boards), attending conferences, and developing community associations to network, identify and engage talent 
  • Elevate our Provider Recruitment team outreach to new levels by using your sourcing expertise to penetrate competitive markets and promote our employment brand across numerous markets and professional communities 
  • Partner with provider recruiters on often complex, hard-to-fill roles to support the provider employment process by sourcing, engaging, and screening active provider prospects for open requisitions while building talent pipelines for career development and future opportunities 
  • Deliver a white-glove candidate experience for engaging and retaining talent consistent with our mission, brand and values 
  • Grow a diverse perpetual pipeline of candidates with both academic and community interest 
  • Build and expand relationships and outreach efforts with Residency and Fellowship programs 
  • Manage and track key performance indicators and return on investment related to provider recruitment and sourcing initiatives  
  • Continuously research and provide business intelligence and market data to support ongoing sourcing initiatives and share best practices with the team in conjunction with our Director 

Who you are: 

  • Knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting including, but not limited to, successfully sourcing a diverse range of talent, networking, interviewing, assessing, and social media outreach  
  • Champion of building strong relationships and providing a candidate-centric approach to engage talent as an employer of choice  
  • A lifelong learner who prides themselves on staying at the forefront of cutting-edge industry trends and best practices 
  • A drive for penetrating new markets or sources and targeting potential leads 
  • Passion for communicating and cultivating trusting relationships with hiring stakeholders, helping them navigate top sources of talent, providing cohesive reporting on sourcing efforts, and assisting them with assessment and retention strategies 
  • Possess great influencing and relationship building skills to drive change and impact process improvement 
  • Ability to balance short- and long-term planning and to take initiative working both independently or collaboratively 
  • A high level of discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information 
  • Passion for incorporating diversity, equity, and inclusion into your work  
  • Experience in the Healthcare industry is a plus 

 

Location: While you will primarily be working remotely, we are seeking a candidate who lives in MA or NH as this role may require occasional travel to our local affiliate locations and events.
