  • Take on an expanded project manager role in one or more of ICCT’s international partnerships
  • Participate in internal and external strategy/planning meetings and produce grants data and statistics for ICCT management
  • Conduct project or funder retrospectives and use lessons learned to improve processes
  • Strategically problem-solve complex grants management issues as they arise
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Research, critical thinking, and project management skills in an environment requiring diplomacy and good judgment
  • Background in operations, fundraising, or project management; familiarity with the nonprofit sector preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar database is preferred; experience learning and mastering new software applications is a plus
  • Comfortable working among diverse geographies and cultures
  • Interest in working on issues of climate change, global health, and transportation

 Our Benefits:

You will have a starting salary of $78,300 (DC) or $86,150 (SF) plus an excellent benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, a 401(k) with 7% contribution, transportation subsidy, remote working options, and other benefits.
