This is a full-time consulting position reporting to the CEO. All members of the organization work remotely, from their home offices. 

Job Description & Responsibilities:

Private Sector Partnership Management

  • Work with CEO on the private sector partnership acquisition strategy
  • Implement the private sector partnership acquisition strategy by establishing key contact points and setting up meetings for collaboration on goals
  • Implement the private sector partnership retention strategy which is driven by the establishment of strong relationships with key mentors working for the private sector organizations with Global Give Back Circle ‘Mentor Chapters’ 

Team Management

  • Oversee the training and management of 7-person team working in Africa and Asia
  • Communicate programming enhancements, and transfer knowledge of best practice processes and content to staff and partners, as required for day-to-day program implementation and execution of deliverables
  • Oversee the training and management of all volunteers and interns
  • Create and institutionalize SOP’s as needed for implementation 

Communications Management

  • Oversee the creation and publication of Mentor Newsletters and Mentor Tips
  • Oversee the creation and publication of Mentor and Mentee Stories
  • Review program materials and bring all materials up to date, including: Mentoring Applications, Mentoring Guidebook, and Mentor Welcome Letter etc.
  • Oversee the implementation of social media strategy and assist in generating innovative content across all social media accounts on a weekly basis
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of WordPress website
  • Design and publish reports and/or work closely with graphic designer to create booklets, annual reports, branding materials etc. as needed 

Mentor Base Management

  • Oversee the recruitment, vetting, onboarding, and retention of mentors globally
  • Monitor mentor and mentee engagement, includes reviewing Communication Tracking Report for Global Give Back Circle – Girls Guiding Government Program
  • Oversee the writing and dissemination of quarterly updates on mentee’s progress and the yearly dissemination of annual renewal commitment letters 

Sustainability Management

  • Assist accountant with the annual billing, collection, and mobilization of mentor dues, as well as the issuing of thank you notes and tax receipts
  • Prepare and keep accurate records of monthly timesheets and invoices for the organization
  • Assist with proposal and/or grant writing as needed 

Research & Evaluation

  • Oversee the design, administration, and analysis of Mentor and Mentee Surveys
  • Work with M&E consultants on all Impact Studies 

Event Planning

  • Assist in the event planning and coordination of events, including: Annual Mentor Trips and Mentor Recruitment Events
  • Design, setup, and manage the crowdfunding site for the Special Events 


  • BS/BA Degree
  • 2 - 5 years of experience
