    Description

    Impact Teen Drivers (ITD) is a nationally recognized nonprofit committed to preventing the #1 unintentional cause of serious injury and death for young people—reckless and distracted driving. We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to join our team. This position is integral to our mission of developing, promoting, and facilitating evidence-based education and strategies to save lives, reduce injuries, and prevent fatalities caused by reckless and distracted driving, including initiatives focused on bicyclist, pedestrian, and micromobility safety.

    Position Overview

    The Executive Assistant reports directly to the Executive Director and supports both the Executive Director and the executive team in administration, office management, and planning, as well as other duties as needed. This is a full-time, exempt position.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage calendar and provide scheduling assistance for the Executive Director and Deputy Director, including meeting logistics, administration, and follow-up.
    • Draft professional communications and assist with external documents and materials.
    • Perform basic bookkeeping, including invoicing grants.
    • Support the Executive Director in organizing the ITD Board of Directors, including arranging quarterly meeting logistics, taking meeting minutes, and preparing materials for distribution.
    • Assist with meeting and event scheduling, preparation, design, and execution.
    • Conduct research and draft reports, correspondence, and support phone and other communications for the ITD team.
    • Provide basic office and HR support as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
    • 4-Year Degree or strong equivalent, along with relevant direct work experience.
    • Strong organizational and planning skills.
