Catholics for Choice is seeking an early career assistant to provide administrative support to our busy domestic program. This is an opportunity to learn the daily demands of a highly successful and fast-paced nonprofit advocacy program while being part of a close-knit staff of passionate individuals who share a commitment to reproductive choice, justice and true religious liberty. The program assistant will work closely with the domestic program director to ensure all program staff are supported and that contacts and outcomes across multiple sectors are monitored and meticulously documented. S/he will also be responsible for handling all travel logistics for the director and other program staff, often juggling planning for events and multiple trips simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of administrative experience in a professional setting, and practical experience working/interning in a state or federal legislative office. You should possess excellent organizational and time-management skills, display impeccable verbal and written communication, and support a woman's right to choose.
