Travelers Aid seeks an experienced volunteer program manager who is an excellent team player, with great interpersonal and communication skills that enjoys creative problem solving. The successful candidate will manage a vital customer service/social service volunteer-based program at Washington Dulles International Airport in Dulles, VA. Program Manager will supervise and manage professional staff and volunteer corps, deal directly with passenger situations, oversee administrative responsibilities, and engage directly with airport management. Supervisory experience is essential. Human services background desirable. Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience required. Multilingual helpful. Looking for energetic, enthusiastic, compassionate self-starter who is totally dedicated to helping travelers!
