Video game players welcome! The Entertainment Software Association (ESA) represents the leading U.S. publishers of video games across the nation and on the global stage. ESA owns and operates E3, the premier trade show for video games. We are seeking a coordinator to support our Sr. Vice President (SVP), Communications and Public Affairs (CPA), and to provide general operational and administrative support to the CPA Department.

The Coordinator supports the operations of the Department by arranging and coordinating department meetings and events, assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations, and tracking the Department's budget. The Coordinator also assists with administrative tasks, including managing scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for the SVP and other members of the department. The Coordinator is responsible for assembling and distributing the daily media clips, maintaining the department calendar of events, and for providing research, reporting, and writing support as needed.

Qualified candidates will offer a bachelor's degree plus a minimum of three years of relevant experience, preferably in a corporate, nonprofit, or policy-based environment. ESA is seeking individuals with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to effectively juggle multiple tasks, and good judgment. Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Internet research tools.

ESA's offices are in Washington, DC, near the Gallery Place/Chinatown and Mt. Vernon Square/Convention Center Metro stations. This position is temporarily remote but employees will be expected to work out of the DC office starting in January of 2022.
