The Talent Business Partner (TBP) works as a member of the Talent Team reporting directly to the COO with close coordination with California Executive Director. The TBP will serve as a member of the local leadership team and provide coaching to regional leaders in the areas of hiring and workforce planning, performance management and reporting, leadership development, and compliance, recording keeping, and HR best practices. The ideal TBP brings experience in both HR and recruitment, preferably with HR certification and insight into the unique needs of an organization that supports a wide range of employment types, from full time to seasonal to AmeriCorps members.
