Come help us Save the Planet! Sierra Club, the oldest and largest environmental organization in the country seeks an organized and friendly Member Services Representative to join our front-line member response team in the Oakland, California headquarters office. This individual will interact with our members and donors on a daily basis and answer questions regarding policies, membership benefits and accounts. This role also has significant data entry responsibilities to keep our membership information up to date. Minimum of 2 years customer service or administrative experience in an office environment is preferred. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
